LPG Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled LPG operations specialist to manage our filling station and oversee LPG stock management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the LPG cylinder filling station, ensuring efficient and safe working practices.
  • Enforce strict safety standards and compliance with local regulations, minimizing risks and maximizing operational effectiveness.
  • Monitor and manage LPG stock levels, tracking inventory and planning replenishments to meet customer demands.
  • Coordinate logistics for cylinder delivery and return, streamlining supply chain operations.
  • Maintain and supervise equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Prepare detailed operational and technical reports, documenting progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Supervise and train technicians and plant operators, enhancing skills and knowledge to drive business success.
Candidate Profile:
  • Technical diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, electromechanics, energy, or related field, demonstrating expertise in LPG operations and management.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in LPG operations or a similar industrial setting, showcasing leadership skills and adaptability.
  • Strong knowledge of LPG filling systems, plant safety procedures, and equipment handling, ensuring seamless operation and reduced downtime.
  • Proven experience in stock and inventory management, optimizing supply chain efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Leadership skills and ability to work independently under pressure, making informed decisions and driving results-oriented initiatives.
  • English proficiency is required, with French language skills highly valued for effective communication and collaboration in multicultural environments.
  • Experience working in diverse settings is a strong asset, fostering creativity, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
