We are currently seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in business analysis to join us. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring requirements across key areas are gathered, represented, and reflected to ensure each project is robust, future-proof, and achievable.

You will work closely with colleagues to define data sources and detailed business requirements. You will also develop proof-of-concept or prototypes to help crystallize business rules, processes, and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide input to plans and strategies as well as input to discussions and meetings.
  • Developing strong partnerships to drive change.
  • Bringing transparency on execution progress to all stakeholders, empowering informed decisions.
  • Proactively identifying & managing issues as they arise & de-risking as required.
  • Focusing on delivery of business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Overall 15+ years of experience, with relevant 8 yrs experience in Business Analysis.
  • Experience in capturing, analyzing and documenting functional & non-functional requirement.
  • Experience working within large/strategic and small/tactical projects as Business Analyst / Project Manager.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken) comfortable with detail.
  • Cultivates a collaborative attitude.
  • Structured worker able to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
  • Takes ownership of tasks assigned to ultimate resolution.
  • Disciplined approach to requirement analysis.
  • Good to have: CBAP certification or Project Management Professional Certification.
