We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our global mobility team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of EMEA, Americas, USA, LATAM, and APAC immigration frameworks and processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and supervise a team of global immigration specialists, managing immigration projects and focusing on both inbound and outbound projects.
  • Establish strong governance and service delivery practices to support team members with ongoing service delivery.
  • Manage vendors and stakeholder relationships to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Understand GSK technology and ensure teams are updating tools and technology required for immigration reporting.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and assessments of stakeholder and assignee satisfaction, providing support for any issues or challenges that arise.

**Requirements:**

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality, Commerce, Arts, Law, Immigration, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years professional experience in an immigration or mobility role environment with proven experience leading high-performing teams and managing relationships with senior internal stakeholders.
