Google Ads Specialist

As a specialist in Google Ads, you will play a vital role in scaling the operations of local cleaning businesses. With your expertise in expert Google Ads management, we work with house cleaners and carpet cleaners to leverage AI tools and optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish new client accounts on Google Ads
  2. Design targeted campaigns, ad copy, and utilize assets (extensions) to enhance results
  3. Regularly optimize campaigns to improve performance
  4. Assist with conversion tracking and analytics integration
  5. Provide feedback to guide campaign strategy and budget allocation based on performance benchmarks
Requirements:
  1. Knowledge of general marketing principles
  2. Minimum one year experience in Google Ads management
  3. Experience with lead generation campaigns excluding eCommerce
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Google Ads certification
  • Experience working with YouTube, Facebook, or TikTok Ads
  • Experience working with local businesses or home services
  • Experience with lead generation campaigns

This is a full-time position with flexible hours and regular meetings at 9am Seattle time twice a week.
