Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to deliver go-to-market plans for all business markets, achieving company growth goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and revenue operations leaders.
  • Understand product enhancements and procedures, creating an environment that supports organizational goals.
  • Create and implement marketing plans, balancing longer-term strategic brand-building activities, mid-term lead generation, nurturing, and quick wins to achieve targets.
  • Use data and analytics for decision-making, measuring marketing effectiveness, and driving growth through structured experimentation and iteration.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of prior experience in a similar role, with a solid track record of scaling up from scratch.
  • Strong experience in growth hacking, product marketing, demand generation, customer acquisition funnels, and performance marketing.
  • Good knowledge of campaign management tools (e.g., Active Campaign) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Highly goal-driven, working well in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable dealing with numerical data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders, thriving in matrix environments.
