Business Intelligence Strategist

The role of Senior Analyst involves working closely with the business to comprehend their needs and requirements. This entails market research, forecasting, field force sizing, segmentation, targeting, analytics, and other key functions.
Key responsibilities include acting as a conduit between the business and Global Business Services (GBS) to facilitate support activities, determining business requirements, and contracting GBS services to perform necessary work.
Other major accountabilities include:
- Identifying optimal market research techniques, vendors, recruitment monitoring, results analysis/triangulation, and strategic recommendations.
- Providing stakeholders with valuable insights for informed business decisions and Key Performance Indicators reporting.
- Supporting annual and mid-year targeting exercises; collaborating with brand teams and TA Heads to establish targeting business rules and strategy, preliminary development, etc.
- Executing planned and ad-hoc sales operations projects and analytical research as requested by the business.
- Maintaining ongoing competitor analysis and targeted competitive intelligence – identifying risks and opportunities over multiple years.
- Ensuring accurate documentation of forecast assumptions.
- Supporting Budget Impact Analyses with robust forecasts.
Key performance indicators include:
- Successful management and development of the Business Analysis Group.
- Sharing best practices across the group and successful application.
- Quality and effectiveness of research methodologies.
