Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Tech Delivery Lead to spearhead our Development and QA teams. As the primary client-facing role, you will be responsible for driving project alignment with business objectives, monitoring progress, and fostering continuous improvements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience managing complex projects, and expertise in software development and QA methodologies.

  • Manage, mentor, and support Development Leads, QA Leads, Developers, and Analysts.
  • Align project priorities with business objectives and resource capacity.
  • Monitor program progress, timelines, and quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to provide project status updates and manage expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvements in development and QA processes.
  • Establish governance, reporting standards, and escalation mechanisms.
  • Oversee the integration of automation, development, and manual testing across projects.
  • Provide leadership support in recruitment, team building, and career development

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years of overall experience in software development, QA, and project/program management.
  • Prior experience managing development and QA teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
  • PMP/CSM or similar certifications are a plus.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven program management experience handling large teams and complex projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks, project management tools (e.g., JIRA), and CI/CD.
