Acquisition Officer Role

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to drive our account acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial and legal due diligence, negotiation skills, and relationship-building abilities.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively sourcing and evaluating potential acquisition opportunities, collaborating with management to assess the strategic and financial fit of target accounts, conducting comprehensive due diligence covering financial, legal, and operational aspects of proposed acquisitions, evaluating financial health, risks, and proposing mitigation strategies, leading negotiations with lenders to secure favorable terms and conditions, supporting deal structuring including payment terms, timelines, and documentation, developing and maintaining strong relationships with lenders, stakeholders, and industry partners, and maintaining accurate records of acquisition activities and transactions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline. Master's degree or professional certifications preferred. At least 10 years of experience in acquisitions, financial analysis, or a related field. Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills, negotiation capabilities, and sound knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks governing acquisitions and financial transactions.
