Senior Associate and Manager Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Senior Associates and Managers. This role involves providing strategic advice and support to clients in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in post-merger integrations (PMI), carve-outs, change management, communication, contract negotiation, cost efficiency, cost reduction, creativity, embracing change, empathy, influence, intellectual curiosity, learning agility, M&A strategy, and market research.

In terms of qualifications, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a Tier 1 institute is highly desirable. Additionally, experience in management consulting or a related field is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic advice and support to clients in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring.
  • Assist clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments.
  • Conduct valuations, financial analysis, and develop strategies for post-merger integration.
