As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and success for our brand. Your key responsibilities will include strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), and other platforms to align with our brand vision.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to enhance campaign performance and drive conversions.
  • Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to achieve strategic objectives such as return on ad spend (ROAS), click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), cost per acquisition (CPA), and conversions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests that align with our brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Analytics: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other performance tools to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage campaign budgets to maximize returns and drive business growth.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads (preferably for e-commerce brands).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
  • E-commerce Knowledge: Understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Creative Mindset: Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
