About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging content, staying ahead of the latest digital trends, and driving brand growth across online platforms. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging, and brand-consistent content for social media, blogs, emails, and other digital channels.

  • Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and manage posts across multiple social platforms while engaging with followers and growing the community.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, viral content ideas, and platform updates to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing paid and organic marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.

  • SEO & Website Optimization: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings and website traffic.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, videographers, and other team members to create impactful marketing materials.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, Social Media Manager, or similar role.

  • Strong content creation skills (writing, image selection, basic video editing).

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.

  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, or Adobe Suite.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.

  • Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Added Advantages (Good to Have)

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).

  • Basic knowledge of WordPress or Shopify.

  • Understanding of influencer marketing & collaborations.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.

Job Type: Full-time
