**Job Title:** Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to drive relationship management for our existing set of partners, ensuring smooth business functioning across partners.

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by leveraging market intelligence, product knowledge, and industry connections.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of sales leads and deliver against volume, revenue, penetration, and growth targets for identified and assigned partners.
  • Foster strong partnerships through collaborative communication, effective issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Leverage market trends and customer insights to inform business development strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Enterprise sales/channel management/relationship management experience.
  • Experience in FX retail is preferred.
  • CXO/Leadership engagement capabilities.
  • Financial products & tech knowledge.
  • Ability to build external, internal, and cross-functional relationships towards growth objectives.
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with AI capabilities and ability to leverage AI-driven insights/tools for business development and partner engagement.
  • Data-driven and service-oriented approach.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and persistent individual.
  • Qualification: Graduates with MBA/PG.
