Job Overview

This role involves overseeing the sales and design processes, as well as operational communication with partners. As a Business Manager of Design and Operations, you will be responsible for managing a team of designers and coordinating with vendors and business partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the sales funnel to achieve higher conversion rates.
  • Designing 12 to 15 projects per month.
  • Overseeing the work output of a partner and their team for five stores.
  • Recruiting and training designers to achieve predictable sales and design outputs.
  • Customer experience and relationship management.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate degree in Architecture or Interior Design and Project Management/Construction Management from a Tier I institute.
  • Minimum five years of experience in the building construction industry.
  • Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
  • Tech-savvy professional with experience in adopting digital and technology initiatives.
