Job Role: Operations Program Management Office (OPS PMO)

Description:

The OPS PMO plays a pivotal role in executing the Operational Excellence Program. Collaborating closely with leadership teams, this role is instrumental in envisioning and strategizing operational priorities, driving key projects, and delivering on short- and long-term plans.

This position is responsible for driving, measuring, monitoring, and coordinating operations through a data-driven approach. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes, analytical skills, and experience in project management methodologies.

  • Fully comprehending the company's Ops Excellence program and implementing existing strategies;
  • Working closely with finance, technology, and people departments to drive growth and efficiency;
  • Analyzing performance trends, identifying potential risks, and presenting them to the leadership team;
  • Identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities in overall Ops processes and implementing solutions using Project management methodologies;
  • Driving the adoption and execution of project management methodologies tailored to operational needs, ensuring efficient delivery of initiatives;

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
