Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Tech Marketing Engineer for Mission Critical telecommunication Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enabling the Pre-Sales and Sales community across different regional HUBs to understand technical market requirements for wired telecommunication networks.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring customer interaction aligns with our global solution product strategy. You will support sales organizations in driving sales by leveraging your technical expertise, providing relevant customer and market inputs to product management and R&D activities, and ensuring market alignment and relevance.

In this role, you will be supporting Global Projects by adapting HVDC Base Control Protection Software (MACH). You will be responsible for developing Control and Protection Functions solutions for future HVDC technologies, performing power system protection and control studies using EMT tools based on project requirements to optimize fault detection algorithms and setting philosophies.

You will also be responsible for supporting projects in resolving issues related to Control and Protection Functions, coordinating with different stakeholders across business units to get inputs to optimize HVDC solutions, and ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics with a minimum work experience of 2-5 years in Control and Protection systems.
  • Knowledge in PSCAD, MATLAB, or any other simulation software.
  • Basic knowledge on IEEE and IEC standards.
  • Experience in substation environment and protection application.
  • Experience in technical tender support or bidding is preferable.
  • Self-starter caliber who could own tasks through to completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
