Assistant Manager Position

Job Description:

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to lead our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new products, including assembly and part drawings, 3D models, and bills of material.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and sourcing teams to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Develop and implement design standards and procedures.
  • Prepare and present technical reports and presentations.
  • Manage and maintain ISO 9001:2015 related design documents.
  • Train production personnel on approved manufacturing, test, and inspection procedures.
  • Resolve process and product-related issues.
  • Prepare internal and external written correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and SolidWorks/Siemens NX.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office.
