Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented structural engineer to fill a critical role in our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in structural design, project execution, and compliance with industry codes and standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of industrial civil foundations and steel structures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and analyzing structural components for industrial civil foundations and steel structures.
  • Preparing detailed engineering drawings and models.
  • Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
  • Collaborating with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines.
  • Reviewing and approving design calculations, models, and construction documents.

Additionally, the successful candidate will provide technical guidance to junior engineers and project teams, and ensure adherence to industry standards, codes, and client requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 5–10 years of experience in industrial civil foundation and steel structure design.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, Tekla, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of IS codes, AISC, Eurocodes, or other international standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
