Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking experienced and dedicated professionals to support our US-based clients in providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a strong background in international voice processes, and the ability to handle high-pressure customer interactions with professionalism.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from US clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues.
    • Resolve complex product, service, billing, or technical issues through effective problem-solving and communication.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions, utilizing CRM tools and call center software.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service, meeting performance metrics and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in any stream from an accredited institution.
  • 2-4 years of experience in US voice process/customer support, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, call center software, and industry-standard quality metrics.
  • Ability to work night shifts and meet demanding performance targets, while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Preferred Attributes:

  • US accent experience supporting North American clients, with a strong understanding of regional cultural nuances.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues efficiently.
