Leading a Business Process Operations team in Gurgaon requires a strategic and organized individual who can identify and assess future and current training needs. As a Training Manager, your primary objective will be to draw up an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses the needs and expectations of the team.

A successful candidate should have at least one year of experience as a Training Manager in BPO or tenured Deputy Manager Training in International BPO (Customer Service). The role also demands knowledge of International Voice Process, with experience in this field being mandatory.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for scheduling training sessions, organizing information cascade, and other interventions for the team, reviewing existing training materials and manuals, and updating them accordingly, working with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments.
