Payment Operations Specialist

We are a cutting-edge media technology company that provides innovative cloud broadcast and targeted advertising solutions to broadcast TV and streaming TV platforms. Our mission is to empower content owners to launch, distribute, and monetize live linear channels on Free Ad-supported Streaming TV and video services platforms.
As a Payment Executive at Amagi, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our payment processes. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Transaction Management: Ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments, refunds, and chargebacks.
- Payment Gateway Management: Configuring and managing payment gateways and processors to ensure seamless transactions.
- Reconciliation: Verifying the accuracy of payment transactions with bank statements and accounting records.
- Duplicate Validation: Ensuring duplicate payments are validated and resolved efficiently.
- Compliance: Ensuring timely vendor payments and closing MSME open items on schedule.
- Statutory Payments: Ensuring timely statutory payments, including TDS, GST, VAT, and US advance taxes.
- Customer Support: Providing excellent support for payment-related inquiries.
- Dispute Resolution: Managing and resolving payment disputes and chargebacks effectively.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluating and improving payment processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Documentation: Maintaining up-to-date documentation of payment procedures and policies.
- Strategy Development: Contributing to the development of payment strategies that align with organizational goals.
Requirements:
- M.Com Finance (3-5 years) with in-depth knowledge in Oracle Net-Suite.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in handling banking activities, including payments, bank reconciliation, vendor queries, statutory payments, intercompany transactions, and working with multiple entities.
