Cloud Operations Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our Cloud Operations team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to start their career in cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and Performance: You will be responsible for monitoring the health and performance of our cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and identifying areas for optimization.
  • Technical Support: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues quickly, collaborating with senior engineers.
  • Installation and Configuration: Participate in the installation and configuration of AWS, VMware, and Nutanix components, ensuring the robustness of our cloud systems.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure the reliability, stability, and efficiency of our cloud-based systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-1 years of experience in IT service delivery management.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and exposure to technologies like AWS, Linux, Windows, VMware, or Nutanix is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and contribute positively to a dynamic work environment.
