Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide expert technical support for Oracle EBS R12, focusing on multiple modules within the Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains.

Utilize in-depth knowledge of SQL/PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports to efficiently resolve complex issues.

Manage inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data load processes with proficiency.

Effectively troubleshoot production problems across various Oracle EBS layers and implement targeted resolutions.

Independently manage issue resolutions and customization enhancements in live Oracle EBS business flows.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in Oracle EBS R12 Tech Support, especially across multiple modules in Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL/PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
  • Proficient in managing inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data load processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot production issues across various Oracle EBS layers and implement effective resolutions.
