Role OverviewThis role is for a Growth Marketing Analyst who will create project definitions, conduct research, coordinate with teams to deliver projects on time, measure results, and identify growth opportunities. You will be responsible for organizing and managing marketing project timelines.

Growth Strategy & Execution- Develop data-driven strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with overall business goals.
- Launch, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on customer experience, conversion, and retention.
- Analyze campaign performance and refine strategies to improve key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
- Optimize landing pages, onboarding funnels, pricing pages, and other key areas of the product for better conversion rates and customer retention.
- Conduct A/B testing on pricing models, page layouts, and messaging to improve customer understanding and purchase decisions.
- Support paid acquisition channels with data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and ensure maximum ROI.
- Develop strategies, design, and optimize upsell and cross-sell funnels to increase customer lifetime value (CLV) at different stages of the customer journey.
- Monitor and refine upsell funnel performance through continuous testing and improvement.
- Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and market trends to provide insights on how to maximize user conversion and identify growth opportunities.
- Track and report on key growth metrics, including CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), CLV, email and SMS campaign performance, and upsell funnel success.
- Present data insights to key stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations for future growth initiatives.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to implement best practices.
- Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities to improve our growth strategies and stay ahead of competitors.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a growth marketing, product marketing, or marketing analyst role, preferably in a startup or high-growth company.
- Proven experience in email and SMS marketing, and familiarity with other digital marketing channels.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimizing conversion on pricing pages and upsell funnels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, ActiveCampaign, Twilio, and other CRM/email marketing tools.
- Excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to find effective solutions to complex problems.
