Position Overview
The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced professional in customer support, with a strong ability to communicate effectively via chat and email during night shift hours. The role involves responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist Customers: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via chat and email during night shift hours.
2. Personalized Assistance: Provide personalized assistance to customers, offering solutions and guidance tailored to their needs.
3. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department, if necessary.
4. Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure seamless customer support operations.
6. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product/service knowledge to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
7. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of customer support procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred. Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English are essential. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment is also required. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
