Job Title: Sr. Wealth Management Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) to deliver exceptional client service and ensure portfolio profitability and growth.
  • Provide expert financial advice and personalized wealth management solutions tailored to clients' investment requirements and goals.
  • Drive business development by acquiring and managing a portfolio of HNI clients, enhancing and retaining client profitability through increasing wallet share and generating high income per customer.
  • Network actively and seek client referrals to expand the customer base, and acquire new clients through cross-referrals and targeted acquisition initiatives.
Main Accountabilities:Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Engage HNI clients to understand their investment needs and goals, and offer suitable financial products based on their profile.
  • Deepen existing relationships through cross-selling of investment and broking services, and enhance client profitability by increasing wallet share.
  • Acquire new clients through targeted acquisition initiatives and network actively to expand the customer base.
Marketing and Business Development:
  • Support the creation and execution of marketing plans for customer acquisition in the corporate and HNI segments, and assist in organizing and executing micro-events to attract potential clients.
  • Contribute to business development by acquiring B2B or B2C clientele and building a robust portfolio.
Financial and Product Expertise:
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulatory changes to provide data-driven recommendations and ensure the profitability of the client portfolio.
  • Analyze client portfolios for performance and provide effective portfolio management and product advisory.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
