Wealth Management Lead

This role involves leading our wealth management efforts, building and managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and developing tailored investment plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive investment and financial plans across asset classes to drive growth and retention
- Proactively identify business opportunities in wealth management and investment banking to drive revenue
- Build and manage client relationships, monitor and review client portfolios, adjusting strategies based on market trends and client needs
- Conduct research to support client recommendations and provide regular updates and insights on market trends and investment performance
- 3+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or relationship management with a strong understanding of wealth management products and financial planning strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive business development mindset
- Experience managing an existing client book or supporting a senior wealth manager is essential
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields with a strong academic record
- PREFERRED: MBA, CFA, CA, or CFP certification for added expertise
- Proficiency in financial planning tools and MS Office is required
