Engineering Leadership Role

This senior position oversees and directs all engineering activities to ensure successful project execution.

  • The ideal candidate will align project objectives with customer requirements, blueprints, and engineering design documents.
  • They will develop and implement strategies to meet project deadlines, quantities, and specifications.
  • A key responsibility is initiating and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes, methodologies, and standards.
  • The person in this role establishes and maintains professional relationships with external interfaces and among the engineering team.
  • They optimize and establish new engineering processes and procedures for efficient handling of large-scale EPC projects.
  • Lead and coordinate all engineering design calculations, reports, drawings, datasheets, specifications, modeling as per scope of work and other deliverables.
  • Collaborate with sub-contractors to troubleshoot design challenges and ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Participate in preliminary design, tender drawing preparation, proposal cost estimation, and material sourcing.
  • Provide necessary tools, software, resources, and training for a skilled engineering team.
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of design engineers and draughtsmen, ensuring effective execution of engineering activities.
  • Engage with clients, respond to queries, and provide clarifications across various engineering disciplines.
