Job Description

About our organization:

We are a rapidly growing company with a vision to address social issues related to energy, the environment, and resources by producing lithium-ion battery products.

We are establishing India's first Giga plant in Bengaluru to manufacture Lithium Ion Cells.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials, assembly materials, PPEs, and consumables in shopfloor as per production plan.
  • Issue materials from warehouses to production using various material handling equipment such as RGV (Rail Guided Vehicle), AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle), Forklifts, BOPTs, HOPTs, Stalkers, Conveyors, etc.
  • Allocate personnel for tasks like Kitting/De-Palletizing, Palletising Packing, Materials issues, Internal Scrap movement, etc.
  • Ensure zero stock variance through stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and Variance analysis.
  • Move scrap (Hazardous and non-Hazardous) to designated areas.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as production planning, Process, Maintenance, Quality, IT Contractors, SCM, etc., to ensure fulfillment of business requirements.
  • Ensure required entries and documents are maintained as per Standard Operating Procedure in SAP.
  • Adhere to established standards.
  • Maintain and issue PPEs and Consumables.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and deliver the right materials to production at the right time and location.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prevent production stoppage due to unavailability of materials.
