We are seeking a highly responsible and detail-obsessed Property Deal Analyst to help evaluate property investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyse residential and commercial property deals
  • Review floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent PDFs, and other key documents
  • Calculate key figures: ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, GDV
  • Use and maintain deal analysis spreadsheet tools
  • Produce written deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations
  • Triple-check every detail before submitting your work
  • Take ownership of your analysis - your calls matter
  • Listen to feedback and improve with every deal you review
  • Update deals in CRM / deal tracker systems accurately
You'll Be a Great Fit If You:
  • Are fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Love working with numbers, logic, and structured thinking
  • Have experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work
  • Understand terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.
  • Are meticulous - you check your work three times, not once
  • Can handle important decisions under pressure
  • Welcome feedback and constantly aim to improve
  • Have strong integrity - you're careful because the numbers matter
