Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential B2B clients and develop targeted sales strategies
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to attract and convert qualified leads into sales
  • Implement a combination of outbound and inbound lead generation tactics, including cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Schedule appointments and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present solutions in Finance, HRMS, Marketing, and Cloud Services
  • Engage in regular follow-ups, manage the sales pipeline, and build strong relationships with clients for long-term success
  • Meet or exceed monthly quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the content team to produce relevant marketing materials and case studies
  • Monitor campaign performance using marketing tools and provide insights for optimization
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 months of internship experience in sales or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B service industry
  • Proven understanding of lead generation techniques, both inbound and outbound
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong presentation and client engagement abilities with a consultative sales approach
  • A target-driven mindset with the ability to achieve sales and marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Knowledge of digital tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team
