Job Title: NC Programmer/Manufacturing Engineer

The primary function of this role is to create and optimize NC programs for aerospace products.

  • Create NC programs using CATIA V5 based on part geometry and programming guidelines.
  • Validate NC programs through Vericut Software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop setup sheets for machine operators to facilitate production.

This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient production of high quality components, adhering to industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in NC programming using CATIA or similar software.
  • Experience in NC programming for 5 axis CNC machines is essential.
  • Knowledge of CATIA V5 and Vericut Software is required; experience in machining is preferred.
