We are hiring for CNC Turning Operators for one of the leading aerospace company in Hyderabad.

Face A Face Interview is mandatory

Position: CNC Turning Operator

Experience: 2 to 8 years

State & Location: Hyderabad (Tunki Bollaram & Shapur Nagar Jeedimatla)

Working hours: 8 to 12 hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC and manual turning machines.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machine settings and tooling requirements.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect finished parts for quality and precision using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Adjust machine settings and tooling as needed to achieve desired specifications.
  • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in machining is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Turning Machinist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in operating CNC and manual turning machines.
  • Strong understanding of blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Experience with precision measuring instruments and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in a machining environment.
