Job Title: Operations Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing analytical support, communicating with stakeholders, conducting financial analysis, delivering customer service support, and managing accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing business processes and workflows to identify areas for standardization, improvement, or automation
  • Developing and maintaining process and solution documentation while collaborating across teams, geographies, and tools
  • Leading projects from start to finish, ensuring goals are achieved on time
  • Building a deep understanding of individual teams and processes to ensure best-fit solution development
  • Monitoring project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions
  • Documenting all work to a high professional standard
Requirements:
  • English fluency (at least Upper-Intermediate)
  • Effective and persuasive communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment
  • Basic understanding of business process modeling, workflow, and project management principles
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience using project management tools, such as Monday.com
  • Understanding of e-commerce systems and experience with online advertising
