Job Role Overview

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be tasked with identifying and resolving complex issues within critical business systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform independently as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and contribute to team discussions.
  • Develop and implement best practices for application support.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of server virtualization technologies, familiarity with backup and recovery solutions, and experience in scripting for automation of routine tasks.

Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration is essential, while experience with Active Directory and Group Policy management is desirable.
