About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Intelligence Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in managing, analyzing, and reporting business-critical data across departments.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of management reports that support strategic and operational decision-making. This includes generating, automating, and distributing daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management, as well as preparing dashboards, KPIs, and variance analysis for performance tracking.

You will conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and support management in business forecasting, planning, and cost optimization exercises. Additionally, you will design, develop, and implement automated reporting solutions to reduce manual efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and data quality, and recommend system/process enhancements for efficiency and accuracy.

Key skills required for this role include proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot tables, Macros), Power BI/Tableau, and SQL, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail with accuracy in numbers and reports, ability to work with large data sets and complex reporting structures, good communication and presentation skills, and team-oriented approach with ability to collaborate across departments.
