As a key player in the sports industry, we are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to oversee the end-to-end merchandising process from order inquiry to final shipment.

Job Description:

Manage and coordinate the merchandising process, ensuring timely approvals, production schedules, and quality parameters are met. Act as the primary point of contact between buyers and internal teams, including production, design, and quality.

  • Develop samples, prepare costing sheets, and negotiate prices with buyers and suppliers.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships to ensure timely procurement of materials and trims.
  • Monitor order status, production progress, and delivery timelines to avoid delays.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or a related field.

Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and familiarity with ERP/MIS systems.

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of fabric types, trims, washes, and garment construction, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
