Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving finance operations in our organization.

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of MIS reporting to ensure alignment with management goals.
  • Ensure timely submission of MIS reports and budget docket.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather data and inputs for the annual budget exercise.
  • Analyze monthly performance metrics, profitability, variances, and key drivers to inform strategic decisions.
Responsibilities

Statutory Compliance and Claims Management

  • Maintain compliance with relevant laws, corporate finance policies, and export regulations.
  • Facilitate utilization of export incentives and timely settlement of insurance claims.
  • Liaise with central teams and revenue officials as required for statutory and tax matters.
  • Drive a culture of zero non-compliance by integrating central finance initiatives.

Working Capital and Expenditure Control

  • Monitor and optimize working capital at plant level.
  • Analyze working capital reports and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Review revenue and capital expenditure at plant level to maintain financial discipline.

Procurement and Stores Management (Non-CPC)

  • Manage procurement of goods and services not covered under Central Procurement Cell.
  • Ensure efficient functioning of the stores department and adherence to plant KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction in commercial and procurement activities.

Accounting, Audit, and Process Improvement

  • Review and finalize responses to internal, statutory, and cost audit observations.
  • Lead implementation of audit recommendations and establish robust internal control systems.
  • Coordinate and support all audit activities and facilitate reviews of plant financials managed by the shared service center.
