Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned network professional to manage our large-scale enterprise network topologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tier-3 operational support resolving critical business issues with deep network troubleshooting techniques and performance analysis.
  • Owning Network Infrastructure support solving complex issues, suggesting design modifications as needed.
  • Ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Responsible for performance analysis, proactive troubleshooting, and capacity planning for Network platforms.
  • Performing monitoring and maintenance of the overall environment, working with experienced team members.
  • Executing change controls, updating process documentation, and team portals.
  • Participating in troubleshooting, capacity planning, and analysis, performance analysis & Root Cause Analysis.
  • Communicating with peers and managers regarding system issues, participating in 24x7 on-call.
  • Automating operational tasks to simplify processes and enhance robustness.
  • Handling multiple complex tasks dynamically, meeting tight deadlines concurrently.
  • Managing network service providers and matrixed resources.
  • Refreshing heat-maps and operations plans for campus networks, WAN, LAN, and WLAN connectivity.
  • Maintaining statistical data to develop improvement plans for network and application performance.
  • Providing effective network capacity plans in partnership with the Network Capacity team.
  • Developing and monitoring global weekly and monthly trending reports by business sectors to justify future growth.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or related qualification.
  • Certifications (CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCDP) are beneficial.
  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in Network/Telecommunications roles, expert level experience with MPLS, SIP, IP, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, VPN, Firewalls etc. technologies.
  • 5+ years management skills developing teams, cultivating talent.
  • Experience working in multicultural, virtual teams across multiple geographical regions.
  • Familiarity with technologies: Cisco/Juniper HSRP/VRRP, VRF, VPC, VC, LACP, Fabric Path, CPPM/f5/infoblox, VPN, SD WAN , SWG.
  • Extensive support of Routing Protocols/Technologies such BGP, OSPF, Logical Overlay, IOS-XR, MPLS VPN, Multicast.
  • Strong understanding of application communication methodologies.
  • Ability to perform TCP/IP Network traces/packet captures with solid experience interpreting results.
  • High confidence and competence communicating on bridges.
  • Solid background in vendor management driving incident resolution.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and strategies.
