SAP ABAP Consultant Job Opportunity\

As a seasoned SAP ABAP professional, you will design, implement and customize the Sales and Distribution (SD) module to meet business requirements. Your expertise will be pivotal in streamlining processes, improving efficiency and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:\
  • \
  • Develop custom reports, enhancements, Adobe Forms, and interfaces (IDocs, BAPIs, BDCs) that align with business objectives.\
  • Implement user exits, customer exits, BAdIs, and enhancement points for SD-specific requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.\
  • Perform thorough performance tuning and debugging of ABAP code to ensure it meets the highest standards.
ABAP & S/4HANA Development\
  • \
  • Design and implement ABAP Objects for modular and reusable code, promoting maintainability and scalability.\
  • Create and optimize Core Data Services (CDS) Views for transactional and analytical applications, providing real-time insights and actionable intelligence.\
  • Build and expose OData services for SAP Fiori and third-party applications, enabling seamless data exchange and collaboration.
Extensibility\
  • \
  • Work with REST/SOAP Web Services, RFCs, and Proxies for system integration, ensuring compatibility and interoperability.\
  • Use SAP Gateway for OData service development and consumption, facilitating data exchange and integration.\
  • Implement BOPF (Business Object Processing Framework) and BRF+ for rule-based logic, enhancing decision-making and process automation.
SD Functional Integration\
  • \
  • Collaborate with SD functional consultants to implement logic for sales order processing, pricing, billing, and delivery, ensuring seamless execution and accuracy.
Support\
  • \
  • Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure code quality and reliability.\
  • Provide expert support and troubleshoot SD-related custom code, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
Collaboration\
  • \
  • Prepare detailed technical specifications, test cases, and user documentation, ensuring clarity and understanding.\
  • Participate in code reviews, peer programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions, fostering collaboration and innovation.

We require a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Additionally, you must have at least 5 years of SAP ABAP experience with a strong focus on the SD module. Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills are essential.
