Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement the strategic roadmap of our organization aligned with our objectives.
  2. Ensure alignment with government policies, startup ecosystem goals, and institutional objectives.
  3. Create sector-specific focus areas (e.g., tech, healthcare, agritech, social enterprises).
  1. Design and execute incubation, acceleration, and pre-incubation programs for high-potential startups and entrepreneurs.
  2. Build a pipeline of successful startups and entrepreneurs.
  3. Provide mentoring, capacity-building workshops, and networking opportunities to support business growth.
  4. Evaluate measurable KPIs for startups (funding raised, jobs created, market traction).
  1. Mobilize resources through partnerships, grants, international agencies, and institutional support to ensure financial sustainability.
  2. Develop revenue streams while adhering to applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Optimize operations to maintain cost-effectiveness.
  1. Foster collaborations with corporates, investors, academic institutions, and government bodies to leverage resources and expertise.
  2. Establish partnerships with ecosystem enablers (accelerators, incubators, R&D labs) to enhance innovation and entrepreneurship.
  3. Develop international linkages to promote global exposure of supported startups.
  1. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  2. Regularly report performance metrics to stakeholders.
  3. Maintain transparency, accountability, and good governance practices.
  1. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) of supported startups (funding raised, patents filed, products launched, revenues generated).
  2. Publish annual reports highlighting impact in terms of employment, innovation, and social contribution.
  3. Conduct outcome-based evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
  1. Position our organization as a leading ecosystem enabler and promoter of innovation and entrepreneurship.
  2. Promote supported startups through various channels to enhance their visibility and growth.
  3. Represent our organization at industry forums, policy discussions, and conferences to shape the future of entrepreneurship and innovation.
  1. Establish facilities and infrastructure to support innovation and entrepreneurship.
  2. Cultivate adoption of emerging technologies (AI, IoT, biotech, green tech).
  3. Promote intellectual property creation and technology transfer.
  1. Become self-sustaining by diversifying income streams and reducing dependence on grants.
  2. Create an alumni network of successful startups to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  3. Contribute to national priorities (Startup India, Digital India, Make in India, Atmanirbhar Bharat, etc.).
