Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Senior Business Applications Administrator. In this position, you will be responsible for managing business applications to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and experience working with SaaS systems administration or customer success operations. A proven track record of delivering scalable solutions, building and executing roadmaps, and automating workflows is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize business applications to improve team productivity and decision-making.
  • Translate business needs into platform roadmaps that drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
  • Automate and integrate systems to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
  • Train teams to confidently use tools to improve customer outcomes.
  • Monitor and maintain system health to ensure reliability and performance.
Requirements
  • 5–8 years of experience in SaaS systems administration or customer success operations.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Planhat (or ability to quickly master Planhat).
  • Proven record of engaging stakeholders, gathering requirements, and delivering scalable solutions.
  • Experience building and executing roadmaps.
  • Strong automation, workflow, and data management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and independent work style.
  • Strong English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Admin or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
  • Experience integrating platforms with analytics/reporting tools.
  • Background in Customer Success or Support operations.
