Cloud Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Cloud Infrastructure Manager. This is a 6-month contract with possibilities of extension.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure using AWS services such as EC2 instances, S3 buckets, VPCs, RDS databases, and Lambda functions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of backup, high-availability, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Develop and monitor automation scripts and tools for provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of cloud and on-prem resources.
  • Monitor system performance, analyze trends, and implement betterments to ensure optimal resource utilization and cost efficiency.
  • Implement security best practices and compliance standards to safeguard cloud environments.
  • Administer company SaaS platforms to ensure user productivity.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and support application deployments.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior cloud engineers and other team members.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing AWS cloud solutions.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
  • Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and orchestration tools like ECS, EKS.
  • Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Proven hands-on experience supporting Okta SSO Platform.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Key Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge and experience in cloud infrastructure management. Proficiency in AWS services, automation tools, and containerization technologies is essential. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, along with relevant certifications and work experience, will be considered favorably.
