Job Overview

We are seeking an expert to provide advanced technical expertise in developing process methodologies for our clients' needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing integrated programming solutions serving the full spectrum of statistical programming requirements, providing technical leadership and consulting services for complex projects or client demands.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and coordinate the implementation of integrated programming solutions to meet the full scope of statistical programming needs.
  • Provide technical expertise and leadership to the team.
  • Deliver internal consulting services including specifications and user needs analysis for complex project or client requirements.
  • Perform quality control checks for source data and report data issues periodically.
  • Interpret project level requirements and develop programming specifications as appropriate.
  • Directly communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure understanding of requirements and project timelines.
  • Estimate programming scope of work, manage resource assignments, communicate project status and negotiate project timelines.
  • Use established standards, SOPs and best practices.
  • Provide training and mentoring to team members.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Masters or Bachelors Degree in Math's, Computer Science, Statistics.
  • Typically requires 7+ years of prior relevant experience.
  • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience in lieu of degree.
  • Requires advanced knowledge of job area and broad knowledge of related areas.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistics, programming and/or clinical drug development process;
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Aptitude for mathematical calculations and problem solving.
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant Data Standards (such as CDISC/ADaM/SDTM).
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
