Education Counselor Job Description

As an Education Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in helping students make informed decisions about their academic and career paths.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel prospective students and provide detailed information about undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
  • Advise students on program selection and the admission process.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily walk-ins and telephonic inquiries.
  • Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, and online chat platforms.
  • Convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions.
  • Collect and consolidate participant feedback regularly.
  • Accurately record, manage, and act on assigned leads from various sources.
  • Support students throughout their decision-making journey with a customer-centric approach.
