We are on the hunt for a highly skilled Content Producer/Project Manager who can thrive in our fast-paced environment and lead the charge on exciting projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the production of digital content, from websites and mobile apps to advertising campaigns. Your expertise in project management, digital production, and client relationships will be essential in delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Production Mastery: Lead the production of all digital content, including websites, mobile apps, and advertising campaigns. Manage live action shoots, post-production, and all the cool stuff in between to create amazing assets.
  • Project Management Wizardry: Juggle timelines, budgets, and resources like a pro. Develop project plans that keep everything on track, ensuring we hit our deadlines and deliver outstanding results.
  • Client Relationship Guru: Be our clients' go-to person. Understand their needs, keep them in the loop, solve their problems, and make sure they're thrilled with the end product.
  • Team Collaboration Hero: Bring together our creative, technical, and studio wizards. Work seamlessly with internal teams and external partners to get things done right and on time.
  • Quality Assurance Extraordinaire: Review and polish digital assets to perfection. Ensure everything meets our high standards and makes our clients look fantastic.
  • Business Development Dynamo: Get involved in exciting new-business pitches, respond to briefs and RFPs, and help shape the future of new projects. Lead the charge on new opportunities and make them successful.
  • Scoping and Quoting Expert: Accurately scope and quote projects, setting realistic costs and deadlines. Ensure everything is profitable and doable while keeping our targets in sight.
  • Reporting Rockstar: Track project progress and provide clear, insightful reports. Use data to drive decisions and continuously improve our processes.
About You
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in producing high-end digital projects like websites, apps, and ad campaigns. You know how to manage projects from start to finish.
  • Skills: Stellar communication skills that help you shine with clients and team members alike. Hands-on experience with digital production tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Project Management, or something equally awesome.
  • Attributes: Creative, organized, and ready to tackle multiple tasks in a buzzing environment. You thrive on solving problems, making decisions, and turning challenges into opportunities.
  • Business Sense: A knack for understanding digital business goals and spotting what needs to be done to achieve them.
