Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Site Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our construction projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • 1. Project Coordination: Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring alignment with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
    • 2. Quality Assurance: Monitor work on-site to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, as well as regulatory requirements.
    • 3. Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices to maintain a secure work environment for all personnel.
    • 4. Resource Allocation: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to efficiently allocate resources.
    • 5. Technical Support: Provide technical guidance, resolve engineering issues, and make decisions related to construction methods, materials, and techniques.
    • 6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and change orders.
    • 7. Problem Solving: Address and resolve unexpected issues that may arise during construction, offering practical solutions to keep the project on track.
    • 8. Client Communication: Keep clients informed about project progress, address their concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
    • 9. Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
  • Qualifications:
    • Degree: BTech/ BE Civil Engineering
    • Experience: 0 to 4 years of experience in construction management
    • Proficiency in construction management software
    • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
