High Stakes Test Operations Manager

Ensure the smooth operation of High-Stakes Test Centers (HSTCs) as a key member of our team.
- Coordinate scheduling across multiple test centers to guarantee seamless operations.
- Collaborate with Workforce Management on speaking examiners' allocation forecast to optimize efficiency.
- Monitor test center utilization and make data-driven recommendations for adjustments or expansions based on demand.
- Manage accurate submission of invoices for HSTCs to maintain financial integrity.
- Coordinate with internal teams to minimize disruption during unforeseen events.
- Oversee CCTV monitoring across HSTCs to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide support for HSTCs regarding personnel and setup changes.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for quality improvement to drive excellence.
- Conduct regular site assessments to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a multi-cultured environment preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Advanced computer literacy required.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Strong focus on compliance and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
