Media and Entertainment Delivery Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned delivery leader with in-depth expertise in the media and entertainment industry.

This position requires a professional with over a decade of experience in managing large portfolios and leading delivery organizations of 500+ professionals.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in driving successful delivery of large-scale IT programs, ensuring excellence in timelines, cost, and quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Excellence: Lead the delivery of complex IT projects in the M&E industry, focusing on timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Client Partnership: Establish strong relationships with M&E clients, understanding their specific challenges and developing tailored solutions to drive business value.
  • Team Development: Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, guiding and mentoring large teams (500+ members) to achieve exceptional results.
  • Domain Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of media workflows, content lifecycle, and entertainment industry nuances to enhance delivery outcomes.
  • Financial Acumen: Manage accounts efficiently, ensuring profitability and value creation.
  • Business Growth: Collaborate with business teams to drive account expansion through RFPs, solutioning, and contract reviews.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in Media & Entertainment delivery leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT programs in the M&E industry.
  • Hands-on experience leading delivery organizations of 500+ professionals.
