Senior Director of Quality Engineering

This role is a high-level position requiring deep expertise in Agile and DevOps testing strategies, transformation initiatives, and team scaling.

The ideal candidate will have 18+ years of relevant experience in quality engineering/test automation, proven leadership in the fintech/banking domain, and strong exposure to Agile/DevOps testing environments and tooling.

  • Proven leadership in the fintech/banking domain (experience in a Banking GCC is preferred).
  • Strong exposure to Agile/DevOps testing environments and tooling.
  • Experience managing large QE teams (75+ members).

Able to work closely with global teams and drive transformation at scale.
