Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to oversee the delivery of complex projects and solutions, driving technical excellence while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

This role requires end-to-end ownership of project delivery, encompassing planning, execution, and closure, as well as managing stakeholder expectations and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multiple technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality, making informed decisions to mitigate potential issues.
  • Lead and mentor technical teams, promoting innovation, efficiency, and best practices in software development and DevOps.
  • Bridge the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients, facilitating open communication and resolving conflicts effectively.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years experience in technology leadership roles, with hands-on expertise in software development and team management.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects with diverse teams, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments.
  • Strong understanding of modern software development practices, cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps methodologies, with a focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include project delivery management, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, technical expertise, process improvement, risk and issue management, and customer focus, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
